Pixel Maven Digi Challenge for this week is a sketch.  It seems to be designed more for a card than a scrapbook page.  And for some reason, cards on MDS are not my favorite thing to do.  But I gave it a shot and here is the result.  I might just go ahead and use the sketch for a scrapbook layout, also.

I chose to let MDS choose my color combo and clicked on "surprise me" and I got bashful blue, marina mist, riding hood red, whisper white and sahara sand.

Thanks for stopping by!

Pixel Maven's DigiChallenge (PMDC-050) Color challenge runs 8/1/14 - 8/11/14. Play along with us at @PMRetreat #pixelmaven #mydigitalstudio

This is a lovely design! I think my problem with doing cards in MDS is that it sometimes seems too flat, even with shadows. I guess that's why I often print out pieces and use them as a part of a hybrid design. Glad you could get out of your comfort zone and play along with us!
